Of course now that I am not buy a case of 12 every time I go grocery shopping I'll definitely save money! I can certainly account for quite a few of these.<br /><br />I got on my Vanilla Coke addiction last summer thanks to a friend leaving his case at my apartment. In that year, my dentist found 9 cavities and 3 supposed root canals. I'm still skeptical about the intent of my Dentist (whether or not it is to just make money), but I attribute just about all those teeth problems to my soda addiction. <br />I started getting kidney stones my sophomore year of high school after going on a large bout of Mountain Dew everyday. AND I gained at least 15 pounds from last year to this year, not changing anything in my diet except drinking lots more soda. <br /><br />Every now and then I crave soda, but I have kept myself from indulging, and I think in the long run I will be much happier. That was the first thing I decided to give up when starting my fitness journey.<br /><br />Nice entry!
